This is the video of the g3 tour with three of the most influential guitarists there are: Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson and Steve Vai. They each play three instrumentals with their regular bands and then come together at the end for a jam on three tunes with Eric Johnson and Satch sharing vocal duties.

It is amazing how vastly different these three guitarists are, whilst still being loosely described as "instrumental rock".
Satriani is one of the few guitarists who can hold a candle to Jeff Beck. He puts in a good set but if you've seen him live, this doesn't do him justice. Eric Johnson is perhaps the most impressive guitarist around at the moment, blending old and new with tone and finesse and Steve Vai steals the show with a dazzling ensemble performance, this guy is a circus!

Greg Howe's debut release was stunning and this record shows just how far he's come since then. If you imagine a mix of 70's cop show funk and Allan Holdsworth on steroids, you've got Greg Howe! This album showcases a mixture of highly contagious, polyrhthmic riffs, catchy lines and rhythms, not to mention fluid, dare-devil playing over the changes. Greg Howe is one of the best guitarists out there.

Outstanding Tracks: Most of them.
